Who is better qualified than consumers to help you develop new products or improve existing ones? Our online consumer platform and co-creation workshops with consumers can provide you with valuable insights, ideas and feedback.
Food Challenge 2020
On March 8, 2012, Food2Market launched a Facebook platform for anyone interested in contributing their ideas about food in 2020. Take a look at our Food Challenge 2020 book (English version) containing all entries for the four Challenges and our news about the several Challenges. Actively participate in, or simply follow, the Food Challenge 2020.
For the past few years, Food2Market has offered food businesses an opportunity to pose a specific Challenge regarding new products, packaging or branding to a community of creative consumers and designers. So far, three Challenges have been completed:
- The Marangi Challenge gave the producer of this water buffalo ice cream a host of new packaging ideas.
- The Kwekerij Aarts Challenge generated innovative ideas for cucumber products.
- The La Soupe Challenge resulted in several innovative packaging ideas for these frozen soups.
What products would consumers like to see on the shelves? In a co-creation workshop, consumers contribute their own ideas, which can be the spark of inspiration for future products. This workshop provides you with ideas and insight into consumer needs. It allows you work with consumers to transform initial concepts into interesting propositions and provides you with direct consumer feedback on your own innovative ideas. Are you interested in participating in such a workshop, please see our activities page or contact the Food2Market representative in your region.
Open Innovation Workshop
The best ideas are generated by the right mix of people. Take the opportunity to brainstorm in an open innovation workshop with others who are relevant to your business. Then you get to work, creating innovations in cooperation with various parties in the food supply chain. If you are interested in taking part in an Open Innovation Workshop, please contact the Food2Market representative in your region.
